  • Deposit Forfeiture: If you decide not to proceed within the two-week window, the deposit is non-refundable, and the suite will be made available to other tenants.

Salon Suite Reservation Deposit Cancellation Policy

Once a suite reservation deposit is placed, it is non-refundable.

If the lease is not signed within 14 days, the suite will be released for other renters, and the deposit will be forfeited.

Conference Room Rental Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking – Eligible for a full refund or reschedule.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking – Non-refundable.

Event Space Rental Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event – Eligible for a full refund or reschedule.

Cancellations made within 3-6 days of the event – Eligible for a 50% refund or a one-time reschedule.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event – Non-refundable.
